3. DEBT IS BONDAGE: Take steps to get out of debt
4. PROTECT YOUR TOMORROW: Get a will IRREVOCABLE TRUST: Must have documents today to protect your tomorrow include advanced directive – power-of-attorney document for your healthcare
5. ACCOUNTS in a relationship: If you have a partner have 3 accounts.. each should have a joint account then one for expenses. Understand that money is about being able to do what you want to do, when you want to do it.
